The “Plaidessey,” as it is known, was built by the creators of the BoostedBoiz channel on YouTube. Equipped with the chassis, interior, and powertrain of the Model S Plaid, this seemingly ordinary vehicle surprises with its performance.
Taken to the oval track at Freedom Factory, the Plaidessey faced various challenges, including a drag race against a Tesla Model S and a highly modified Audi.
Despite its 1020 horsepower and three motors, the Plaidessey is not invincible. In a race against the legendary Cleetus McFarland and his modified Porsche 911 Turbo S, the electric van failed to emerge victorious. However, it demonstrated its capability by competing closely with the Porsche.
